SHIPPING/ORDER STATUS
All the products sold on CLOSET37, has got the Estimated shipping time based depicted on product carousel page.
If the time hasn't elapsed, we request you to please wait till that time.
However you could also check the status of your order status after logging in CLOSET37 and tracking via My Account - Order Details section
As soon as the order being shipped from CLOSET37, you will get a mail on your registered email id with the shipping tracking url.
Also, you can do the same via My Account Section and Click on Order Details.
If you remember your order reference, you can track via below form as well.
RETURN N EXCHANGES
We offer a very simple and easy 15 days return policy to you. You can conveniently return any item and avail refund as STORE CREDIT NOTE, within 15 days from the date of delivery. The refund is done via STORE CREDIT NOTE only and we don't have upfront money refund policy, you can read the detailed policy at : RETURN POLICY
The steps involved in this process are really simple. All you need to do is:
  • Login To MyAccount
  • Click on Exchange Manager
  • or If you are logged in directely go to Exchange Manager
PAYMENTS
Yes we do provide COD as a payment option based on the postal code. To check whether COD is available on your postal code, please go to any Product Carousel and put in your postal Code to check whether the services and COD available or not.

To make sure that our customers' shopping experience is private, safe and secure, all Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking transactions are processed using leading Payment Gateways - PayTM, PayUMoney under a secure encrypted connection to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. We do not keep your details on file; this is why we ask you for your card details each time you make a purchase.
If your card is debited and no order placed, no need to panic at all!
Please check your bank/credit card account, as if the money is debited on a failed transaction, it will be rolled back into your account within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please contact your bank for updates. If the transaction is successful and the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request.
COUPON/CREDIT CODE
You can apply the Credit Note / Coupon code while Ordering the products. Following are the steps taken:
  • - Select the Product, Size and Click - Add to Bag
  • - Click on the Cart and Click Checkout
  • - On the Summary Tab, on Left hand corner, you can put in your coupon code / credit code and click apply
  • - Continue to add/select your address
  • - Continue for Payment method ( if your product cost is same as credit note), it will be free order
  • - Finally confirm the order
Whenever the CLOSET37 team provide you the CREDIT NOTE a mail has been sent to your registered email id.
Also, you can find your credit note via My Account Section and Clicking on MY COUPON CODE / CREDIT NOTE Section to check your eligible code.
Typically the Credit Note validity is of 3 months from the day it has been allocated for you. However we would request you to order as soon as you find the alternative, so that we can dispatch the same for you on priority.
PLACING AN ORDER
Following are the Steps that needs to be taken to place an order on CLOSET37
  • 1) Login in CLOSET37 via Facebook / Google or Email Id
  • 2) Choose a product category, select the desired item, along with size and Quantity
  • 3) Add the item to Shopping Bag
  • 4) Click on the Cart and Click Proceed to Checkout
  • 5) Check the summary details and if applicable put the coupon code
  • 6) Enter billing and shipping address, choose payment mode and proceed to payment.
  • 7) Make the payment or select the COD option, followed by confirmation of order
  • Your order is placed and information is shared with you on your registered email id.
Every Product details page comes with a SIZE GUIDE. Based on your measurements you can check which size would suit you the best and order accordingly. In the event that the size of your product is not right, then you can return the product and place a fresh order for the correct size.
